Working at Vicsteel
Vicsteel is a trade-direct structural steel business. We don't have a layer of office staff between the crew and the work — the people who build the steel are the people who install it, and the Director is on every project.
We do interesting jobs. University buildings, pharmaceutical facilities, sports pavilions, heritage churches, factory extensions, export furnaces for Turkey. Not the same thing every week.
We're a small, tight crew. If you're good at what you do and you turn up ready to work, you'll fit in. We're not interested in hiring warm bodies — we want people who give a damn about the quality of the iron they put up.

Boilermakers / Riggers
OngoingWe're always looking for experienced boilermakers and riggers for structural steel installation. Melbourne metro and regional VIC sites. Trade-direct permanent roles.
- • Current EWP and/or forklift licence preferred
- • Structural steel installation experience required
- • Ability to work at heights
- • Own transport to Pakenham area
